Lisa comes to us all the way from Ireland. She grew up on the beautiful West Coast in a busy tourist village beside the Aran Islands.

In 2016 Lisa graduated from the University of Limeric with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food and Health Science. This is where her love of Complimentary and Alternative Medicines began.

After leaving Ireland in 2016, Lisa lived in Abu Dhabi for a year, teaching English to children between the ages of 5 and 7. She then made her way to Australia and her interest in complementary medicine truly flourished after arriving to Sydney.

Lisa has vast experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in both Ireland and Australia including research, product testing, in process control, production planning, food technology and quality control.

In her spare time Lisa loves exploring new places, keeping active and trying out new foods.
